本公司专门收购、加工水果蔬菜的的企业，拥有3千多平方米的加工场所和1千多平方米的办公大楼。所在的荔蒲县及周边有大量优质的马蹄（荸荠）、荔蒲芋、莲藕、塘菇等，并且每天能加工提供大量白马蹄（去皮的），用于速冻和罐头生产。目前为马来西亚、新加坡、韩国的出口商提供马蹄、芋头、柚子、大白菜、橘子、莲藕、塘菇、柿饼。为福建的几个食品厂提供白马蹄做速冻和罐头。
